Compliance, compliance, compliance!!!

I'm now in the process of setting up for ISO 9001:2008. Phew! What a lot of paper!!

    Phew! What a lot of paper!!

    When you've finished you can file it all away with loads of unfinished diaries. A Very Happy New Year (Gregorian calender).
